Hi, I was having the same problem, I use the same " since Fifa 11 without problems. But today with the Fifa 19 my control had inverted the up and down buttons, so I was looking the buttonDataSetup from this version and there is something very weird. The control has configured when UP then DOWN, and when DOWN then UP. So I opened the file with a text editor Sublime Text and changed all the lines. Save the file and it worked. But I'm still having problems with the UP and RIGHT from the right I supossed that will be the same sorry for my english, I'm mexican. And I hope that this comment can help somebody.
